In our worked example, Northwind Analytics Ltd is on its free trial while Sam Taylor answers the first questionnaires about the Customer Support Assistant.
Before you start
- Anyone can view billing.
- Only the Owner or an Admin can change the plan.
Steps
Open Billing
Go to Settings, then Billing.
You see your current plan, your trial, and the plans available.
In the record nothing changes by viewing. Changing a plan is written to the Audit Trail.
See your trial
A new organisation starts a 14-day Standard trial, with no card needed.
You see the days left in your trial.
In the record at the end of the trial your record stays available to read until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and you can still sign in and export your record.
Choose a plan
Standard is £499 per month, or £4,990 per year. The annual price is two months free compared with paying monthly. Scale is on request: select Talk to us.
You see the plans. Only the Owner or an Admin can change the plan; everyone else sees them read-only.
In the record your subscription is updated once you subscribe, and the change is written to the Audit Trail.
Note
Prices exclude VAT where applicable. If VAT applies, it is shown at checkout and on your invoices.
Export your record
Go to Settings, then Data. A Governance Lead can download your organisation record.
You see the option to download your record. This is available on every plan.
In the record nothing changes. The export is a copy of your record as it is today.
Why it works this way
You can try HumanWox and keep your record before you pay, and only the people who hold billing can change what you pay for.
If something looks different
- The plan cards are read-only. Only the Owner or an Admin can change the plan. You can still compare plans and talk to us.
- Your trial has ended. Your record is read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted, and you can still export it.
